We offer FREE ground shipping for any orders over $50, your order will be sent via courier service (4-7 business days).
To qualify for FREE Shipping the sale and the full price merchandise in your order total must total $50 or more. Sales tax is not counted towards the merchandise subtotal.

Why is delivery to Singapore faster than USA delivery?
Despite being a fully USA brand, we do have three warehouses; in Singapore and the US. That’s why you might see different shipping times according to where you live. It all depends on our local shipping partner delivery times and the distance you live from the closest warehouse.
Transparency – we hate surprises, which is why your real-time shipping price is displayed upon checkout with no hidden fees. You’ve got an option to select express, standard or economy or simply the most affordable option.

HOW DO I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & BACKORDERS
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in –stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED AFTER 14 DAYS?
This might be due to possible delays caused by customs. In the event that your order has not been received after 14 working days, please contact your local postal service using the reference number provided in your shipping status email. You can also contact us at email@example.com with your order number for assistance.
Complete out the returns form and be sure to include the order number, name, email, address, mailing address and phone number. You can only get an exchange or replacement for up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
HOW TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT?
We can only accept products purchased directly from the Active Living Co online portal.
Contact our customer support for returns form at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of items.
Please note that you will need to pay for return shipping costs for exchanges or return of products during warranty period.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was result of our error.
As the team start processing your order right after they’ve mailed you the Order Confirmation, we regret that we are not able to accommodate any cancellations. If your address entered with your order is incorrect, please do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However, once your order has left the warehouse we will not be able to redirect the parcel.
